Dublin Break. Day Three {Final Day}

Hey Jelly Beans.

Today was my final day here in Dublin. I'm Currently sat outside a cute little café having a coffee after visiting The Science Gallery.

This attraction is well worth the visit. It's free, interesting and if you love anything Science related then you will love this place. I spent a long while looking around the exhibit's which were truly fascinating. I noticed that there were many families in there with younger children, so I suggest it would be a good place to visit during the holidays with children.

Once I had finished I took a stroll along the streets and pottered around all the little shops before taking a well earned break here.

Like I said today has been my last day here in Dublin. Cases packed and ready to head home tomorrow and I will miss it here.

Overall Experience.

I have had such a blast here seeing some truly amazing things. The Castle was amazing and worth the trip but the thing that stood out most for me was the Famine Sculptures. I can not express how moving and sad but at the same time fantastic they really are. They are an experience I will take home with me.

Ashling Hotel

Beautiful room. Located close to the bus stops and tram stations. Reception and all staff very helpful. Check in was easy. They have a luggage scale that is useful when packing bags for return flights (which I seriously needed!). Wifi was great (small blip to begin with forgotten about). Highly recommend staying here to family and friends. I would stay here again.

Well friends, I'm going to finish off my coffee now and head back to the hotel to finish off packing. Thank you for staying with my on my second adventure. Look forward to speaking to you again soon.

Sugar and Crumb Icing Sugar Review

Good Morning Everyone. I love to cook, I love to bake and love to try new things. Hence why I started a cake and bakes business. There is one thing I love more than anything and that's trying new flavours. This is where the amazing brand Sugar and Crumbs come in. Sugar and Crumb have an amazing range of natural icing sugar and cocoa powder  that I just couldn’t refuse trying out. Not only that, it was the perfect excuse to bake cake!  Sugar and Crumb have a large number of icing sugars so I took the plunge and purchased a couple. Jaffa Twist, Bubble Gum, Coconut & Lime and White Chocolate and Raspberry. The package is stylish and  eye catching when it arrived. It contains recipes for simple cupcakes and also butter cream icing using the product. What I was also pleasantly surprised to find they can also be used to make fudge, meringues, marshmallows and other delicious treats. Obviously, I will be giving these a go at a later stage. A...

Mini Shopping Haul!

Hey Jelly Beans. As promised today is the start of Hixxie Pixie Mania!!!! So today, after work I went on a little shopping spree. Safe to say Christmas was on my mind and I had been telling myself all day that I was not to come home without something Christmassy for my room. 2 shops, 3 items all Christmas which I was super happy about. Let me show you what I have purchased shall I? So first I purchased this cute little number. A white glass vanilla candle with a red reindeer pattern on. I haven't yet burnt it, but they had one going in the store and it smelt divine. The store was a little gift shop that had so many nice Christmas items in I could have bought everything. The price I paid was a whole £1! Next up was this almost to cute for words bottle opener. Now I know I shouldn't be promoting alcohol drinking but when I saw this little guy with his little scarf I couldn't resist. As most of you may know I have the biggest obsession with owls. Well around Ch...
