Sunny Spain Break Day Two.

Good Morning Jelly Beans.

Hope all are well. I had the most fantastic nights sleep. That bed is sooo comfy. fresh fruit salad breakfast today which was mega filling. Anyway today I went to Puerto Banus Marina. One word. WOW!! The size of some of the boats (more cruise liner size) were amazing. There was one in particular that caught my eye. I would have paid to have a tour around it. Must have cost a few Million at least!

I did realise though everywhere you turned there, you would see top of the range black and white cars pulled up along side the water edge. That's when I realised that this area was for the wealthier people of Spain. Still I was here to explore so the picture above was taken looking down the car park by the marina to the right of the picture.

As I was looking around the different size boats and there cars, I noticed just off this picture something bright blue shining in the water. Taking a closer look, I realised there was a shoal of fish at least 20-30 of them just inches from the waters surface. I wish I got a picture to show you all but at that moment in time I was mesmerised by the colours in the water.

Unfortunately when I arrived at the shops, they were all either closed or closing as it was there siesta time. For those of you who don't know what this is, all shops closes from 2-5pm each day. So if you want to do some last minute shopping, my advice is to go before 2pm other wise you'll be hanging around for a long time for them to open again.

Puerto Banus Marina is a very surreal place to visit. If you want to get a taste of how the other half live, this is the place for you. A very interesting place to visit indeed and I'm glad I did.

Speak to you again tomorrow for my final day here.

Sugar and Crumb Icing Sugar Review

Good Morning Everyone. I love to cook, I love to bake and love to try new things. Hence why I started a cake and bakes business. There is one thing I love more than anything and that's trying new flavours. This is where the amazing brand Sugar and Crumbs come in. Sugar and Crumb have an amazing range of natural icing sugar and cocoa powder  that I just couldn’t refuse trying out. Not only that, it was the perfect excuse to bake cake!  Sugar and Crumb have a large number of icing sugars so I took the plunge and purchased a couple. Jaffa Twist, Bubble Gum, Coconut & Lime and White Chocolate and Raspberry. The package is stylish and  eye catching when it arrived. It contains recipes for simple cupcakes and also butter cream icing using the product. What I was also pleasantly surprised to find they can also be used to make fudge, meringues, marshmallows and other delicious treats. Obviously, I will be giving these a go at a later stage. A...
